Rajendra Chaudhary



Raj obtained his primary medical qualification from Delhi. He worked in the NHS as a General & Urological Surgeon for 13 years. This gave him an in-depth understanding of the workings of the medical establishment.

Raj met with obstacles in the progression of his medical career and this resulted in challenges being made to various medical authorities; some of the court judgments have been widely reported in the press and cited as case law. Raj started assisting doctors in professional difficulty armed with a wealth of personal experience. Raj then undertook study of law and went on to obtain the Barrister's diploma. In 2006-7, he played a key role in the landmark case in relation to the immigration rights of doctors on HSMP.

Subsequently, Raj established a medicolegal practice and has been providing comprehensive support to doctors and dentists in all areas of professional practice. Raj has been involved in a number of landmark employment, breach of contract and regulatory cases.

Parvez qualified as a Solicitor in 2001. He has previously been a founding partner a successful Firm based in Manchester. In 2012 Parvez decided that the time was right to establish Lexadeen Solicitors (of which he is the Principle), a full service law firm which has its own dedicated healthcare sector.

Parvez has been involved in medicolegal cases for over 12 years. Lexadeen Solicitors deal with the whole spectrum of issues encompassing the healthcare sector. Parvez’s experience includes dealing with GMC cases, Medicolegal cases, Employment, Clinical Negligence and Breach of Contact claims, He has been involved in High Court injunction matters, GMC Interim Orders Panel Hearings, GMC Fitness to Practise Hearings as well as advising doctors in other professional areas.

In setting up Lexadeen, Parvez has applied his extensive experience and knowledge of the sector and the problems faced by healthcare professionals and now has a team consisting of expert Solicitors, Barristers and medico-legal advisers.

Amir completed his Solicitor's training from a City Firm in Manchester in 2010. Amir’s expertise is Employment law and he has taken a keen interest in focusing his practice towards medical related issues. Amir was successful in setting up and administering a medical division at the firm where he trained and commenced work as a solicitor.

Amir has now joined Lexadeen Solicitors having been impressed with the ideas and enthusiasm in developing a exclusive practice dedicated to doctors and dentists. As well as advising medical professionals across of range of issues such as discrimination, whistleblowing, unlawful deduction from pay, bullying and harassment at work, Amir has been involved in numerous GMC related hearings.

Away from work, Amir enjoys participating in sports and is an avid Liverpool FC fan.
