Parvez qualified as a Solicitor in 2001. He has previously been a founding partner a successful Firm based in Manchester. In 2012 Parvez decided that the time was right to establish Lexadeen Solicitors (of which he is the Principle), a full service law firm which has its own dedicated healthcare sector.

Parvez has been involved in medicolegal cases for over 12 years. Lexadeen Solicitors deal with the whole spectrum of issues encompassing the healthcare sector. Parvez’s experience includes dealing with GMC cases, Medicolegal cases, Employment, Clinical Negligence and Breach of Contact claims, He has been involved in High Court injunction matters, GMC Interim Orders Panel Hearings, GMC Fitness to Practise Hearings as well as advising doctors in other professional areas.

In setting up Lexadeen, Parvez has applied his extensive experience and knowledge of the sector and the problems faced by healthcare professionals and now has a team consisting of expert Solicitors, Barristers and medico-legal advisers.
