The payment options are as follows:

Twelve Monthly Instalments

SAS Doctor/ Senior Trainee (CT3/ST3 and above) - £70 x 12
Junior Trainee (CT1, ST1, CT2 or ST2) - £55 x 12
Foundation Trainee (F1 or F2) - £50 x 12
Retired Doctors or Dentists - £30 x 12
Medical or Dental Student - £30 x 12

Single Annual Payment
